High School Girls Program
Description
The Wolves are back for our 8th season as a high school girls program! We began in 2019 with one team and have grown to support two full teams (Varsity and Junior Varsity), along with a thriving youth program. Our Varsity program has risen to the top of the league in a short amount of time and finished in the top 10 in the state the past 4 seasons, and our JV program has grown to be one of the most competitive JV programs in the league! We believe in positive coaching and building important life skills through the avenue of sports. Our coaching family works together to support all players in the program, regardless of team.

2025 HS Girls Fall Practices
Special Event: Halloween 3x Competition on 10/29
Eastlake Girls Lacrosse will offer fall practices for high school players to maintain fitness, improve stick skills, and prepare for the upcoming Spring season. Practices will be led by Program Director and Varsity Head Coach Lena Hanson.
Fee: $50
Equipment: Stick, Eye protection (goggles), Mouthguard, Cleats, Eastlake Pinnie

HS Girls and Boys Lacrosse Fall Strength Training
Description: Maximize your potential with our training program. Each session is specifically designed with an emphasis on improving agility and coordination, strength, stamina, and speed. Athletes will learn how to properly train all foundational movement patterns via strength training techniques and motor skill development. The primary focus will be on movement quality, technical performance, and speed development.
Location: Eastlake High School Weight Room and Stadium
Grades: 9, 10, 11, & 12 grades
Session Dates: September 16 - November 14, 2025 (no session November 11)
Workout Information:
Cost: $270 (3 Days per week), $180 (2 Days per week)

About Coach Dirk:
Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Dirk Huebner has provided elite performance training for 20 years to a variety of athletes. Coach Huebner has a BS degree in Exercise Science and CSCS, USAW, ACE, USATF certifications. Coach Huebner is the former Washington State Director for the National High School Strength and Conditioning Association, 2017-2021 (NHSSCA). Coach Huebner specializes in speed development and has improved the speed and strength for many high school, collegiate and NFL athletes.

Monday through Friday, 4-6pm, occasionally 6-8pm or 7-9pm

Registration: TBD
Camp Casey fee included in registration
Team Gear (checked out): Warm Up Jacket, Warm Up Pants, Uniform, Team Bag
Player Packs: New players will receive practice pinnie, two short sleeve practice shirts, one long sleeve shooting shirt.

Equipment Needed
- Girls lacrosse stick, girls lacrosse eyewear, mouthguard, cleats (soccer cleats are fine)
- Rental stick and eyewear available for new players
Our payment processor adds a small processing fee. This fee does not go to Eastlake Lacrosse.

Financial aid is available by completing our Scholarship Application. Eastlake Lacrosse is committed to giving everyone the opportunity to play lacrosse.
