Executive Board
Jan Karachale
President
Jan played lacrosse in the MCLA at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo back when bucket helmets were a thing. He started coaching for Eastlake in 2012 and has been on the board since 2018. Being involved in youth lacrosse is both his hobby and his passion and he looks forward to growing the sport of lacrosse on the plateau.
Ron Ortloff
Boys Vice President
Carrie Reid
Girls Vice President
Aaron Drake
Secretary
Aaron Drake, secretary of the board. Aaron fell in love with the excitement and athleticism of lacrosse after two lackluster seasons of T-Ball with his son Logan. Combining the fast pace of hockey and the strategy and teamwork of soccer, lacrosse is fun to play and fun to watch. After one practice the Drake family was hooked and that was the last time Logan built an infield sandcastle, or picked dandelions in right field. Aaron is proud to be serving the Eastlake club, and working hard to show why lacrosse is the fastest growing game on two feet.
Sreedhar Krovvidi
Treasurer
Jason Fournier
Ombudsman / Past President
Jason Fournier hails from the east coast where he played collegiate lacrosse at Division III Maine Maritime Academy. He was a longtime coach at Eastlake Lacrosse and was the founder of our K-2 program in 2009. Jason hung up his whistle after coaching for Eastlake through his son's 8th grade year because, "it was time for Preston to actually have a qualified coach". He served as our board Vice President for one year before taking over the role as President in 2018. One of his greatest achievements while with Eastlake has been the establishment of our girls program, as he believes that creating a unified program that serves all of the young athletes within our program feeder area boosts the participation and enthusiasm for our program as a whole.
