11/14/2022 - 2/24/2023: Monday 6:30-7:15pm, Tuesday 4:15 - 5pm, Thursday 4:15 - 5pm
Speed, Strength, and Agility Training with Cody Novak of Pursuit Performance at the Eastlake High School Weight Room. Cody takes a holistic approach to training and developing our athletes, with the main goals being to build resiliency and minimize fatigue/injury during performance. He does this through reactive agility drills, max velocity sprints, and intentional strength training that allows athletes to improve mobility while simultaneously increasing their strength.
Note: Minimum of 8 participants is required, if we do not reach the minimum program will be cancelled and refunded. Eastlake Lacrosse runs this as a pass through program, and has added no additional costs.
Our payment processor adds a small processing fee. This fee does not go to Eastlake Lacrosse.
