9/12-11/10: Monday 6-7 PM, Tuesday 3:30-4:15, Thursday 3:30-4-15
Speed, Strength, and Agility Training with Cody Novak of Pursuit Performance at the Eastlake High School Weight Room. Cody takes a holistic approach to training and developing our athletes, with the main goals being to build resiliency and minimize fatigue/injury during performance. He does this through reactive agility drills, max velocity sprints, and intentional strength training that allows athletes to improve mobility while simultaneously increasing their strength.
Eastlake Lacrosse runs this as a pass through program, and has added no additional costs.
Our payment processor adds a small processing fee. This fee does not go to Eastlake Lacrosse.
