Eastlake 2012 Season Player Registration

Eastlake Lacrosse player registration is a three-step process:

  1. Complete the appropriate player registration form for each player that is being registered (see links below)
  2. Complete payment of registration fees
  3. Print, fully complete, and mail in signed copies of the releases and other forms that will be emailed to you upon completion of the registration form.

Players will not be allowed to practice or participate in a game until all items have been completed and forms received.

 

NOTICE: 3rd - 6th Grade teams have reached capacity

New registrations will be put on a wait-list and players added only if slots open up.

New for 2012 Season: A 1st and 2nd Grade Team!

 

For those young athletes who want to be like their big brother, or for those who just think lacrosse is cool, Eastlake Lacrosse is introducing a new developmental team for 1st and 2nd grade boys.

*Once the maximum number of registered players has been reached, new player registrations will be wait listed. If spots open up, players will be chosen from the wait list on a first-come-first-served basis.  If the link above indicates "WAIT LIST ONLY", complete the registration form but hold off on making your payment until an open spot has been confirmed.

 


Refund Policy


Youth Players (Grades 3 - 8)
If a youth player withdraws on or before the first team practice (after teams have been assigned), registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $25;  from the first practice until the first game of the season, 50% of registration fees will be refunded; on or after the first game of the season, there will be no refund of fees.

High School Players (Grades 9-12)
If a player high school player withdraws after the first practice begins but before the first game, or if a player fails to make a team after tryouts, registration fees will be refunded less an administration charge of $25; after the first game but before the third game, 50% of registration fees will be refunded; after the third game, there will be no refund of fees.

 

Exceptions may be made where a player withdraws for medical reasons and will be decided by the board on a case by case basis.
