Eastlake Lacrosse Player Development Fund
A key component of the Eastlake Lacrosse Club’s mission is to build and maintain a system for developing consistently competitive lacrosse teams on a foundation of well-honed skills.
In support of this focus, the Club collects dues and fees to support basic operations including field rentals, uniform procurement and equipment purchases. To date, the majority of coaching is volunteer-based with a few paid positions at the high school level. Our volunteer coaches represent the core of our Club and will continue to be counted on to provide a great experience for our children. However, the Club recognizes that in order to be competitive with the best programs in our area, we need to continue to invest in our players by both developing and providing training opportunities for our volunteer coaches as well as supplementing our system with paid expertise where appropriate and available. At this point, these investments are considered in each annual budgeting cycle and incrementally funded by the Club whenever financially prudent and possible.
The Eastlake Lacrosse Player Development Fund has been established as a means for our lacrosse community to contribute towards the accelerated development of our players and volunteer coaches. General donations may be made that will benefit all levels within HS or Youth, or contributions can be targeted to a specific grade level within the Club (e.g., 5/6 program). Either way, you can be assured that 100% of all monies donated the fund will be spent on experienced lacrosse coaching resources, whether that be in-season or off-season coaches, coaches assistants, or professional player clinics.
The Eastlake Lacrosse Club is a tax-exempt non-profit organization. All donations are 100% tax-deductible as provided by law.
