Eastlake Lacrosse Association is a non-profit community-based lacrosse program whose mission is to organize, develop and promote boys’ lacrosse in the Eastlake High School attendance area, and to honor the game by instilling the values of scholastic achievement, sportsmanship, and individual development. With the exception of key members of the coaching staff, the Association is 100% operated by parent volunteers.

Association bylaws provide an operating structure through the Board of Directors. Board members are divided into Officers and Directors. There are also a host of other volunteer positions required to make the program operate. Each position is listed below with an explanation of the role and a name if someone currently holds that role.

As parents within the program, no matter the amount of time you have to offer, there is a volunteer role for you.
