Eastlake Off-Season Strength & Conditioning With by Pursuit Performance 

Pursuit Performance is founded on one core principle: the relentless pursuit of excellence.  Striving for excellence, and not perfection, propels us on a journey of constant improvement and facilitates a mindset of never settling.

At Pursuit we take a holistic approach to programming and training protocol.  We adhere strongly to the belief that the key to building strength and mental toughness is not just by lifting weight, but by also focusing on nutrition, hydration and recovery so an athlete can pursue their optimal level of performance.  Technique is stressed in all aspects of sport-specific programming which is comprised of a wide variety of body-weight training, Olympic lifts, functional movement, plyometrics, and regeneration.

Our Fall program consist of two sessions a week over the course of 8 weeks. We look forward to building on the success we experienced in 2018 by improving our training away from the field of play.  

Program Details

Participates: High School & 7/8 lacrosse players not playing a fall sport

Every Tuesday & Thursday Starting September 10th through October 31st from 6:30 - 7:15.
